In the Pastoral Care Ministry, Epiphany offers the opportunity to care for others in need, and to take our commitment to community seriously.
Opportunities to share in God’s gifts include:
Healing Ministry Team This team provides prayers and laying on of hands for healing during Sunday services. Visit the side chapel for special prayers for yourself or someone you love. Contact: Emil Torrez
Prayer Chain This group prays daily for the needs and concerns of the community and provides an underpinning of prayer for our parish life. Contact: Nancy Grandfield
Lay Eucharistic Minister II These individuals are specially trained and licensed by the diocese. Lay Eucharist ministers bring communion to homebound or hospitalized parishioners. If you feel called to this particular ministry, please contact Rev. Julie Wakelee Lynch or Rev. Hailey McKeefry Delmas.
Emergency Meals This ministry provides meals for parish members who are experiencing any form of physical, emotional or spiritual difficulty. Volunteers agree to be called upon to periodically provide a meal to a fellow parishioner, or to bring cookies for a memorial reception. Contact: Sue Sunde
Sunshine Cards/Phone Calls Greetings are sent to parish members and other friends of the community who are facing any crisis or need.

All of us are called to serve those in need; and there are a huge number of opportunities here at Epiphany. Presently, there are over 60 dedicated people who provide these wonderful services.
